Ingredients

  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 2.50 oz whisky
  • 1 tablespoon yuzu juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white, whisked

Instructions

  1. Combine the zest of one lemon and caster sugar. Rub the rim of a serving glass with a little water, then press the rim into the lemon sugar mixture.
  2. Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake the ingredients well.
  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and serve.
