Ingredients
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 2.50 oz whisky
- 1 tablespoon yuzu juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar syrup
- 1 egg white, whisked
Instructions
- Combine the zest of one lemon and caster sugar. Rub the rim of a serving glass with a little water, then press the rim into the lemon sugar mixture.
- Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake the ingredients well.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and serve.
