Ingredients

  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 3/4 ounce vanilla vodka
  • 3/4 ounce triple sec
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 whole yuzu (or 1 1/2 tablespoons yuzu juice)
  • Club soda

Instructions

  1. Slice the yuzu in half and muddle all the ingredients except for the club soda in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake for 15-20 seconds.
