Ingredients

  • 2 oz light rum
  • 3/4 oz vanilla vodka
  • 3/4 oz triple sec
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 1 yuzu (or 1 1/2 tsp yuzu juice)
  • Club soda

Instructions

  1. Cut the yuzu in half and muddle all the ingredients except for the club soda in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass, add a few ice cubes, and top with club soda.
