Ingredients
- 2 oz London dry gin
- 1/2 oz yuzu juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz aquafaba (or egg whites)
- 4 Thai basil leaves
- Peychaud's bitters
Instructions
- Muddle Thai basil leaves into the simple syrup in a shaker.
- Add London dry gin, yuzu juice, and aquafaba to the shaker.
