Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz orgeat syrup (such as Small Hands Foods or Orgeat Works)
  • 1 heaping tsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 heaping tsp lemon curd
  • 3 drops rose water

Instructions

  1. Crush 6 ice cubes in a blender until you achieve a mix of fine snow and small-medium sized bits.
  2. Add the gin, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, Greek yogurt, and lemon curd to the blender.
  3. Blend the ingredients briefly until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a coupe glass and top it with 3 drops of rose water.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing Yogurt Grove Bliss.
