Yogurt Grove Bliss
Yogurt Grove Bliss is a light, frothy cocktail with the creaminess of Greek yogurt, the tang of lemon, and a hint of floral rose water.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz orgeat syrup (such as Small Hands Foods or Orgeat Works)
- 1 heaping tsp Greek yogurt
- 1 heaping tsp lemon curd
- 3 drops rose water
Instructions
- Crush 6 ice cubes in a blender until you achieve a mix of fine snow and small-medium sized bits.
- Add the gin, lemon juice, orgeat syrup, Greek yogurt, and lemon curd to the blender.
- Blend the ingredients briefly until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a coupe glass and top it with 3 drops of rose water.
