Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 oz. white cranberry juice drink (such as Ocean Spray)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup club soda, chilled
  • 2 oz. white rum
  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine white cranberry juice, sugar, chopped rosemary, and a mint sprig. Bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
  3. Strain the juice mixture through a sieve into a bowl, discarding the solids.
  4. Stir in fresh lime juice, then cover and refrigerate the mixture.
  5. In a large pitcher, combine the chilled juice mixture, club soda, and white rum. Stir well.
  6. Serve the mixture over crushed ice and enjoy immediately.
