Ingredients

  • 8 oz Ice
  • 2 oz Blue Curacao
  • 2 oz Coconut rum
  • 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Lemon lime soda
  • Simple syrup, for garnish
  • Coconut flakes, for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the simple syrup on a small plate and the coconut flakes on another.
  2. In a blender, combine the ice, Blue Curacao, Coconut Rum, Peppermint Schnapps, Pineapple Juice, and Lemon Lime Soda. Blend until smooth.
  3. Dip the rim of a glass into the simple syrup, then into the coconut flakes.
  4. Pour the blended mixture into the glass.
  5. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
