  • 1.25 oz Northern Keep Vodka
  • 0.25 oz Drambuie
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
  • 1 dash Angostura
  • 2 Rosemary Sprigs
  • 1 Egg White

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker, reserving one rosemary sprig for garnish.
  2. Shake vigorously without ice to foam the egg white.
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously again.
  4. Strain the mixture over fresh ice.
