Ingredients

  • 6 oz red wine (Malbec or similar)
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice (100% juice)
  • 1/8 cup brandy
  • 1/16 cup triple sec
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice (Swerve or similar)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4 pear, diced
  • 1/4 apple, cored and diced
  • 1/4 orange, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the red wine, pomegranate juice, brandy, triple sec, and sweetener. Stir to mix.
  2. Add the cinnamon stick and diced pear and apple.
  3. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 2 hours.
