Winter Sage Paloma
A wintery upgrade to the classic Paloma, the Winter Sage Paloma features tequila, grapefruit-sage syrup, and fresh sage leaves for a refreshing and aromatic cocktail perfect for the colder months.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Hornitos(r) Plata Tequila
- 1 oz grapefruit-sage syrup
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 3 dashes grapefruit bitters
- Soda water, to top
- 20 sage leaves (plus sprig of sage for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine tequila, grapefruit-sage syrup, fresh lime juice, and grapefruit bitters in a shaker tin.
- Add ice to the shaker, then shake until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture over ice into a Collins glass.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh sage.
