Ingredients

  • 2 oz Hornitos(r) Plata Tequila
  • 1 oz grapefruit-sage syrup
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3 dashes grapefruit bitters
  • Soda water, to top
  • 20 sage leaves (plus sprig of sage for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine tequila, grapefruit-sage syrup, fresh lime juice, and grapefruit bitters in a shaker tin.
  2. Add ice to the shaker, then shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture over ice into a Collins glass.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh sage.
