Ingredients

  • 1 oz Trinidadian rum
  • 3/4 oz ruby port
  • 1/2 oz Jamaican rum
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Peychaud's bitters
  • 1/4 oz Angostura bitters
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients (except ice) in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled, ice-filled collins glass.
