Ingredients
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 orange, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
- 1 tbsp juniper berries (optional)
- Ice cubes
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz red vermouth
- 1 oz Campari
Instructions
- Sprinkle caster sugar on both sides of orange slices.
- Heat a non-stick pan and caramelize the orange slices for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- In a small saucepan, combine juniper, orange juice, and remaining caster sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Mix gin, vermouth, and Campari in a jug, then pour into the glass.
