Ingredients
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat milk
- 1/3 cup white chocolate pieces
- 1/6 of a 1 qt tub of vanilla bean ice cream
- 1 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1/4 pkt Sweet'N Low
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the milk and Sweet'N Low.
- Gradually add the white chocolate, stirring constantly until melted. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and refrigerate until chilled. Stir occasionally while cooling.
- In a blender, combine the chilled white chocolate milk, rum, and ice cream. Blend until combined.
