Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 0.28 oz Irish whiskey
- 1/2 green apple
- 1 peach
- 5 mint leaves
- 4 oz white wine (e.g., moscato)
- 2 oz soda water/sparkling water
Instructions
- In a jug, mix together the sugar and whiskey until the sugar is dissolved, adding a little wine if needed.
- Thinly slice the apple and peach, and roughly chop the mint, then add them to the jug.
- Top up the jug with the remaining white wine and chill for at least an hour or overnight.
- When ready to serve, spoon some of the fruit into each glass.
- Fill the glass around 3/4 full with the wine blend, then top up with soda water/sparkling water.
