Ingredients

  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.28 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 peach
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 4 oz white wine (e.g., moscato)
  • 2 oz soda water/sparkling water

Instructions

  1. In a jug, mix together the sugar and whiskey until the sugar is dissolved, adding a little wine if needed.
  2. Thinly slice the apple and peach, and roughly chop the mint, then add them to the jug.
  3. Top up the jug with the remaining white wine and chill for at least an hour or overnight.
  4. When ready to serve, spoon some of the fruit into each glass.
  5. Fill the glass around 3/4 full with the wine blend, then top up with soda water/sparkling water.
