Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 oz honey whiskey
  • 4 oz apple cider
  • 4 oz Perrier
  • Thin slices of apple (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. On a small plate, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Moisten the rim of the glass with water or corn syrup, then dip it into the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
  3. Add ice to the glass.
  4. Pour in the honey whiskey, apple cider, and Perrier in equal parts.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Garnish each glass with one to two apple slices.
