Ingredients
- 5 oz Rosé Wine
- 1 cup Frozen Watermelon Cubes
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Water
Instructions
- Pour the rosé wine into an ice cube tray and freeze until firm, at least 6 hours.
- Cut watermelon into cubes and freeze on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan until firm, at least 4 hours.
- Combine sugar and water to make a simple syrup by heating them on the stovetop or in the microwave until the sugar dissolves.
- When the wine and watermelon cubes are frozen, transfer them to a plastic bag and freeze for up to a month.
- When ready to serve, transfer the frozen wine and watermelon to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Gradually add the simple syrup, tasting as you go, to achieve the desired level of sweetness.
