- 1 1/2 tablespoons real butter (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lightly packed brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- A small scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 1-1 1/2 tablespoons of the prepared butter batter
- 1-1 1/2 ounces dark rum (optional)
- Hot water (or substitute with hot cider)
- Optional whipped cream for topping
- Fresh nutmeg or cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend the butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon until creamy and light.
