Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz vodka
  • 0.80 oz Chambord
  • Half a lime
  • Half stick of lemongrass, finely sliced
  • 1.70 oz cloudy apple juice
  • Tonic water
  • Icing sugar

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime and lemongrass.
  2. Add the vodka, Chambord, and apple juice to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture with ice.
  4. Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.
  5. Top off with tonic water and stir well.
