Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 0.50 oz simple syrup
  • 0.50 oz green chartreuse
  • 1 tsp cilantro-cucumber puree
  • 2 slices jalapeño, seeds removed
  • Cilantro leaf, for garnish
  • Cucumber ribbon, for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Gently muddle the jalapeño slices in a shaker to release their essential oils without making the drink too spicy.
  2. Add the gin, freshly squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, green chartreuse, and cilantro-cucumber puree to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty and well-chilled.
  4. Double strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass to remove any small pieces of jalapeño or herbs.
  5. Garnish with a fresh cilantro leaf floating on top and a cucumber ribbon spiraled inside the glass.
