Ingredients

  • 1 oz freshly brewed espresso
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1.50 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz Canadian heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for garnish)
  • 3 coffee beans (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso and allow it to cool in a separate container to prevent dilution.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the coffee liqueur, vodka, simple syrup, cooled espresso, and heavy cream.
  3. Add ice cubes to the shaker and vigorously shake for 20 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
  4. Pour the mixture into a martini glass.
  5. Optionally, use a mini sifter to sprinkle cinnamon on top of the martini.
  6. Garnish the glass with three coffee beans.
  7. Enjoy your martini!
