Ingredients
- 1 fresh egg white
- 2 ounces Navan vanilla liqueur
- 1/2 ounce fresh-brewed espresso, at room temperature
- 3/4 ounce Mandarine Napoléon orange liqueur
- Ice cubes
- Hawthorn strainer
- Cocktail shaker
- Orange twist
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, vigorously shake the egg white until soft peaks form, for about 30 seconds. Set aside.
- In another shaker, combine the vanilla liqueur, espresso, and orange liqueur with ice, and shake well.
- Add the mixture to the egg white and shake quickly to combine.
- Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass and garnish with an orange twist.
