Ingredients

  • 1 Pure Flavor(r) Mini Cucumber, halved lengthwise
  • 1 Pure Flavor(r) Long Sweet Pepper, halved
  • 2 Pure Flavor(r) Azuca Red Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Pure Flavor(r) Stingrays Pencil Hot Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 8-inch skewer
  • 1 cup Tomato Juice
  • 1/6 cup Clam Juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp coarse Black Pepper
  • Tabasco Sauce, to taste
  • Ice
  • 1/2 Lime, cut into 1/4 wedges
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne
  • 1 tbsp dehydrated Onion
  • 1 tsp Celery Salt
  • 1 tsp ground Coriander

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the halved cucumber, halved sweet pepper, cherry tomatoes, hot pepper, and olive oil for the skewer garnish.
  2. Preheat BBQ to medium-high heat.
  3. Assemble the skewer with the mixed vegetables and grill until lightly charred.
  4. Rub the rim of a tall glass with a lime wedge and dip it into the sea salt mixture to coat the sides.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the tomato juice, clam juice, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, onion powder, and black pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Fill the glass with ice, pour in the tomato cocktail, and add Tabasco to taste.
  7. Garnish with the grilled vegetable skewer and enjoy.
