Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced in-season fresh fruits (peaches, cherries, pears, apples, strawberries, grapes, kiwis, pineapple, blueberries, etc.)
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) white wine
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Dice the in-season fresh fruits and place them (except banana slices) into a large pitcher after peeling them.
  2. Add sugar to the fruit, then refrigerate the pitcher for about 20 minutes.
  3. Add fresh mint leaves, white wine, and sparkling water to the pitcher.
  4. Mix everything well, and add the banana slices at the end if using bananas.
  5. Refrigerate the pitcher for at least 2 hours before serving.
  6. Serve the cocktail with ice cubes and fresh mint leaves.
