Ingredients

  • 1 oz Rye Whiskey
  • 0.75 oz Nigori Umeshu
  • 0.50 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.50 oz Cinnamon & Plum Syrup
  • Dash of Black Walnut Bitters
  • Half an Egg White

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
  2. Dry shake (without ice)
  3. Add ice and shake a second time
  4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  5. Garnish with a walnut
