A delightful and refreshing sour cocktail combining Nigori Umeshu, rye whiskey, lemon juice, cinnamon & plum syrup, and walnut bitters.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Rye Whiskey
- 0.75 oz Nigori Umeshu
- 0.50 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.50 oz Cinnamon & Plum Syrup
- Dash of Black Walnut Bitters
- Half an Egg White
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker
- Dry shake (without ice)
- Add ice and shake a second time
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a walnut
