Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 oz. ROOBEE Rhubarb Gin
  • 5-7 oz. Elderflower tonic
  • Plenty of cubed ice
  • Raspberries
  • Fresh Basil

Instructions

  1. Take a large copa (balloon) glass and ensure it's pre-chilled.
  2. Add 1 3/4 oz. of ROOBEE Rhubarb Gin to the glass.
  3. Fill the glass with plenty of cubed ice, ensuring it's filled to the top to reduce dilution.
  4. Pour 5-7 oz. of elderflower tonic into the glass.
  5. Drop in 2 fresh raspberries.
  6. Clap 1-2 fresh basil leaves between your hands to release the flavors, then place them in the glass.
