Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
  • 1 ounce tepache
  • 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce Velvet Falernum
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce pineapple-infused white wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake the mixture without ice (dry shake).
