Tropical Whiskey Tepache is a refreshing twist on the classic Whiskey Sour, featuring the flavors of pineapple-based tepache, bourbon, sweet vermouth, and falernum.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1 ounce tepache
- 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
- 1/2 ounce Velvet Falernum
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce pineapple-infused white wine vinegar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake the mixture without ice (dry shake).
- Pour the cocktail over crushed ice into a rocks glass.
