- 1.50 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz rum (Havana Club Añejos 3 Años recommended)
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 0.50 oz palm sugar syrup
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Pineapple slices for garnish
- Toasted dried coconut slices for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare fresh pineapple juice or use store-bought if fresh pineapples are not available.
- Make coconut cream if using fresh coconuts, or use canned coconut cream if preferred.
