Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bundaberg Pineapple & Coconut
  • 0.75 oz Dark Rum
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 pineapple pieces (1.5 inch x 1.5 inch)
  • Pinch of mint
  • Fresh cream
  • Mint sprig for garnish
  • Pineapple leaf for garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle the pineapple pieces in a shaker.
