Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 slices canned pineapple wheels
  • 0.50 oz pineapple syrup (the juice from the can)
  • 1 oz guava juice
  • 1.50 oz soda water
  • 2 scoops orange sherbet

Instructions

  1. Chop 2 of the pineapple wheels into small pieces and place them in the bottom of a glass.
  2. In a separate glass, mix the pineapple syrup, guava juice, and soda water.
  3. Scoop the orange sherbet into the glass with the diced pineapple.
  4. Pour the pineapple-guava soda mixture over the sherbet.
  5. Garnish with the remaining pineapple wheel and serve with a spoon.
