Ingredients

  • 1/2 Ataulfo mango, cubed
  • 2 strawberries, sliced + extra for garnish
  • 1/2 passion fruit
  • 4 oz sauvignon blanc
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp white rum
  • 1 tbsp superfine sugar
  • Sparkling water
  • Mint sprig
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Place mango cubes and sliced strawberries in a pitcher.
  2. Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop the seeds into the pitcher.
  3. Add wine, pineapple juice, rum, and sugar. Gently stir to combine and taste. Adjust sugar as needed.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. To serve, fill a glass with ice and pour in sangria with a little fruit.
  6. Top with sparkling water and garnish with strawberries and a sprig of mint.
