Ingredients
- 1/2 Ataulfo mango or 1/4 Haden mango, cubed
- 2 strawberries, sliced + extra for garnish
- 1 passion fruit
- 6 oz sauvignon blanc
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons white rum
- 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
- Splash of sparkling water
- 2-3 mint sprigs
- Ice
Instructions
- Place the mango cubes and sliced strawberries in a pitcher.
- Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop the seeds into the pitcher.
- Add the sauvignon blanc, pineapple juice, white rum, and superfine sugar to the pitcher.
- Gently stir the mixture to combine, then taste and adjust the sweetness as desired.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, fill a glass with ice and pour in the sangria along with some fruit.
- Top the glass with a splash of sparkling water and garnish with strawberries and a sprig of mint.
