Tropical Minty Pine Frosé
A delightful blend of frozen rosé, sweet pineapple mint syrup, and zesty lemon juice, creating a tropical and minty frosé treat perfect for warm days.
Ingredients
- 3 oz rosé wine
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
- 2 1/2 oz frozen pineapple chunks
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Freeze the rosé in a container overnight.
- In a saucepan, boil sugar and water, then add pineapple and mint leaves. Let it infuse and chill.
- Strain the pineapple mint syrup and chill for 30 minutes.
- In a blender, combine lemon juice, pineapple mint syrup, frozen rosé, mint leaves, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the frosé into the freezer and freeze until thickened for 25-35 minutes.
- Blend again until smooth, then pour into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.
