Ingredients

  • 3 oz rosé wine
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp water
  • 2 1/2 oz frozen pineapple chunks
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Freeze the rosé in a container overnight.
  2. In a saucepan, boil sugar and water, then add pineapple and mint leaves. Let it infuse and chill.
  3. Strain the pineapple mint syrup and chill for 30 minutes.
  4. In a blender, combine lemon juice, pineapple mint syrup, frozen rosé, mint leaves, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth.
  5. Transfer the frosé into the freezer and freeze until thickened for 25-35 minutes.
  6. Blend again until smooth, then pour into serving glasses and enjoy immediately.
