Ingredients
- 3/4 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz peach brandy
- 1/2 oz honey syrup
- 1 oz light Puerto Rican rum
- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 10-12 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
