  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz peach brandy
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup
  • 1 oz light Puerto Rican rum
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add crushed ice, lime juice, peach brandy, honey syrup, rum, pineapple, and mint leaves to a blender.
  2. Puree the ingredients for 20 seconds.
