Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz white rum
  • 0.50 oz Triple Sec
  • 1.50 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp turbinado cane sugar
  • Club soda (to top)
  • Ice
  • 1 watermelon cube, muddled

Instructions

  1. Muddle a cube of watermelon at the bottom of a small cocktail glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Add the white rum, Triple Sec, and pineapple juice to the glass.
  4. Stir in the lime juice and sugar.
  5. Top the cocktail with club soda.
  6. Stir gently and enjoy!
