Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz. Vanilla vodka
  • 3 Tbsp. Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Pineapple Juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Crushed Graham Crackers for garnish on glass rim
  • Whipped Cream for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice cubes.
  2. Add fresh lime juice, vanilla vodka, sweetened condensed milk, and pineapple juice to the cocktail shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Dip the rim of a martini glass into pineapple juice and then onto a plate with crushed graham cracker crumbs until the rim is evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture from the shaker into the prepared martini glass.
  6. Add a dollop of whipped cream to the top of the drink.
  7. Garnish with a slice of lime.
