Ingredients

  • 1 can (12 oz.) Bundaberg Ginger Beer
  • 2 pieces of ginger, each 2cm x 2cm
  • 2 pieces of pineapple, each 4cm x 4cm
  • 20ml lime juice
  • Pineapple leaf and cherry for garnish

  1. In a shaker, muddle the ginger pieces, pineapple pieces, and lime juice.
  2. Shake the mixture well and strain it into a glass filled with ice.
  3. Top it off with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
