Ingredients

  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.50 oz coconut water
  • 2 oz tequila
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 tsp simple syrup (can be replaced with agave nectar)
  • 3 mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Pineapple slice for garnish
  • 1 tbsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ancho Chili Powder
  • 0.50 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Roll the lime to release more juice.
  2. Squeeze the lime directly into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add the pineapple juice, coconut water, tequila, simple syrup, mint leaves, and ice cubes into the shaker.
  4. Shake the mixture well.
  5. Use the squeezed lime to moisten the rim of the glass.
  6. Dip the glass into the chili salt mix to line the rim.
