Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp white rum
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of ground nutmeg, plus extra for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut milk until smooth; transfer to a container.
  2. Whisk in evaporated milk, rum, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg and cinnamon sticks if desired.
