  • 3 oz. LaCroix Coconut Sparkling Water
  • 1 1/2 oz. Lo-Fi Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz. Plantation Pineapple "Stiggins' Fancy" Original Dark Rum
  • 1/2 to 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice, to taste
  • Orange slice, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a Collins glass with ice.
  2. Add sparkling water, sweet vermouth, pineapple rum, and 1/2 ounce of lime juice to the glass.
  3. Stir gently.
