Ingredients

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 2 oz Malibu white rum
  • 0.70 oz Blue Curaçao
  • 2 oz coconut water
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • Melted white chocolate (optional for decoration)
  • Desiccated coconut (optional for decoration)

Instructions

  1. If desired, create a coconut ring around the cocktail glass by dipping the rim into melted white chocolate and then into desiccated coconut, then refrigerate.
  2. In a blender, combine vodka, Malibu, Blue Curaçao, coconut water, and ice. Blend until the ice is completely crushed.
  3. Add the coconut cream and blend on low until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass and serve.
