Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz vodka
  • 3/4 oz white rum
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curaçao
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz lite coconut milk
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, combine vodka, rum, Blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, coconut milk, simple syrup, lemon juice, and lime juice.
  2. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass over fresh ice.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and/or pineapple wedge, and add a maraschino cherry for the finishing touch.
