Ingredients

  • 1 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Pineapple Cream Rum
  • Ice
  • Simple Syrup
  • Toasted Coconut
  • Fresh pineapple wedge

Instructions

  1. In one bowl, pour in simple syrup, and in another, place the toasted coconut.
  2. Dip the rim of the shot glasses into the simple syrup, then dip them into the toasted coconut to rim the glasses.
  3. In a shaker, combine the coconut rum and pineapple cream rum with ice and shake vigorously.
  4. Pour the mixture into the rimmed shot glasses and serve with a fresh pineapple wedge.
