Ingredients

  • 1 oz Coconut Rum
  • 1 oz Pineapple Rum Cream
  • Ice
  • Simple Syrup
  • Toasted Coconut
  • Fresh pineapple wedge

Instructions

  1. In two separate bowls, pour simple syrup in one and toasted coconut in the other.
  2. Dip the rim of shot glasses into the simple syrup first, and then into the toasted coconut to coat the rim.
  3. In a shaker, combine ice, coconut rum, and pineapple cream rum. Shake vigorously.
  4. Pour the mixture into the rimmed shot glasses and garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge.
