An all-natural, guilt-free Piña Colada made with organic pineapple juice, preservative-free coconut cream, pure maple syrup, and a hint of rum for that tropical kick.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 oz organic pineapple juice
  • 3 oz preservative-free coconut cream
  • 1.50 oz rum (Bacardi Gold)
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 Tbs maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Place the preservative-free coconut cream in the freezer for 3 hours.
  2. In a blender, combine the ice, organic pineapple juice, preservative-free coconut cream, rum, frozen pineapple, and maple syrup.
  3. To extract the coconut cream from the can, run warm water over the outside of the can until it easily slips out into the blender.
  4. Blend the ingredients until you achieve the desired consistency.
