An all-natural, guilt-free Piña Colada made with organic pineapple juice, preservative-free coconut cream, pure maple syrup, and a hint of rum for that tropical kick.

Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 2 oz organic pineapple juice
- 3 oz preservative-free coconut cream
- 1.50 oz rum (Bacardi Gold)
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 Tbs maple syrup
Instructions
- Place the preservative-free coconut cream in the freezer for 3 hours.
- In a blender, combine the ice, organic pineapple juice, preservative-free coconut cream, rum, frozen pineapple, and maple syrup.
- To extract the coconut cream from the can, run warm water over the outside of the can until it easily slips out into the blender.
- Blend the ingredients until you achieve the desired consistency.
