Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup crushed ice
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz peach brandy
  • 1/2 oz honey syrup (see NOTE)
  • 1 oz light Puerto Rican rum
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine crushed ice, lime juice, peach brandy, honey syrup, rum, pineapple, and mint leaves.
  2. Puree the mixture for 20 seconds.
  3. Pour the drink into a wineglass or champagne flute.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
