The Missionary’s Downfall is a delightful blend of peach brandy, rum, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and pineapple, garnished with fresh mint. A timeless tropical cocktail with a blend of peach brandy, rum, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and pineapple, garnished with fresh mint.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup crushed ice
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz peach brandy
- 1/2 oz honey syrup (see NOTE)
- 1 oz light Puerto Rican rum
- 1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 10-12 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine crushed ice, lime juice, peach brandy, honey syrup, rum, pineapple, and mint leaves.
- Puree the mixture for 20 seconds.
- Pour the drink into a wineglass or champagne flute.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
