Tropical Bitter Bliss

This refreshing concoction, the best-selling drink at Cane & Table in New Orleans, offers a tiki-inspired blend of rum and fruit juices enlivened by a full ounce of the herbal liqueur Baska Snaps. The inclusion of a generous amount of Peychaud's bitters helps to counterbalance the sweetness of pineapple juice and orgeat syrup, creating an unexpectedly well-balanced cocktail that is perfect for any season.
