The Verdant Elixir

This classic cocktail, The Last Word, dates back to 1951 and was revived by Seattle barman Murray Stenson. The combination of gin, maraschino liqueur, green Chartreuse, and lime juice creates a beautifully balanced drink with a herbal and citrusy profile. It's best served in chilled stemmed cocktail glasses to fully appreciate its flavors.
