Ingredients

  • 1.50 oz Gin
  • 0.75 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lime Juice
  • 8-10 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 4 slices Fresh Cucumber
  • 2 Egg Whites

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves and cucumber slices.
  2. Add the gin, vermouth, simple syrup, lime juice, and egg whites into the shaker.
  3. Dry shake the ingredients to froth the egg whites.
  4. Add ice to the shaker and shake until cold.
  5. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
