A refreshing and celebratory cocktail featuring gin, lime juice, Green Chartreuse, and a splash of club soda, perfect for toasting the achievements of a graduate.

Ingredients
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz simple syrup (monkfruit sweetener based)
- 2 dashes orange bitters (Angostura)
- A splash of club soda
- 1 fresh pineapple sage or mint leaf
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in gin, lime juice, Green Chartreuse, simple syrup, and bitters.
- Shake the ingredients well.
- Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
- Top with a splash of club soda.
- Place the sage or mint leaf on the palm of one hand and slap the other hand down quickly but firmly on top of it.
- Float the slapped leaf on top of the cocktail for garnish.
