Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (monkfruit sweetener based)
  • 2 dashes orange bitters (Angostura)
  • A splash of club soda
  • 1 fresh pineapple sage or mint leaf

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in gin, lime juice, Green Chartreuse, simple syrup, and bitters.
  3. Shake the ingredients well.
  4. Strain the mixture into a coupe glass.
  5. Top with a splash of club soda.
  6. Place the sage or mint leaf on the palm of one hand and slap the other hand down quickly but firmly on top of it.
  7. Float the slapped leaf on top of the cocktail for garnish.
