Ingredients

  • 2 lemongrass stalks
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 oz Kentucky bourbon
  • 5 large Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemongrass syrup
  • 1 tbsp cold water
  • Crushed ice
  • Additional Thai basil for garnish
